The BCGBA Junior Merit Trophy was won by Aaron Brine from Yorkshire. Aaron was in dominant form, and was particularly impressive along the starting edge, and beat Kian Thomas from Wales in the final.

The event was played at the Heaton Park crown green bowling greens in north Manchester. In only their second year the converted flat greens were in good running condition and proved a challenge for all the bowlers on the day. The link to the video of the final is at the end.
