The highlight of the early season bowls competitions takes place on the idyllic island of Cyprus.

Some of the best players the crown green world has to offer have come to the fantastic Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel. This festival, organised by Ces Hope, has once again offered fantastic prize money to be fought for on the these tricky greens.

To provide a taster for the rest of the videos to come, the video below is the last 16 game of the men’s singles between Frank Jolly and Tony Chesters. Both very experienced on these greens and both of them proved it in this game.

This game was played on the green next to the Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel.

Finals day is tomorrow and I will try and provide live updates of the results as well as record the bowling to be broadcast later.
